From All Directions: Baer & Associates is located on the 4th floor of the Tri-Main Center in north Buffalo at 2495 Main Street Suite 470, just south of Amherst St. The Main Entrance to the building is on Halbert Street directly across from parking lots. Continue straight up lobby stairs from the entrance into the main floor lobby. Take elevator to 4th floor. From elevator go right into short corridor towards main corridor, go left at main corridor until the end. A quick right and left take you to the Baer & Associates offices at the end of the corridor.

From Points East or West: Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) towards Buffalo. Take exit 51 West onto NY-33 West. Merge right onto NY-198 West (Scajaquada Expressway) and stay towards right. Almost immediately merge right onto Humboldt Parkway exit towards Route 5 Main Street and continue straight towards Main Street (past stop sign to 1st light). Turn Right on Main Street (Route 5 heading east) and continue for 5 blocks. Turn right On Jewett Avenue. Take first left onto Halbert Street. Visitor parking is in the two lots on right hand side between Phelps Street and Rodney Street (or on street). Entrance is on Halbert Street directly across from parking lots.

From Points South (including Canada via Peace Bridge): Take I-190 North (New York State Thruway – Niagara Section). Take exit 11 onto NY-198 East (Scajaquada Expressway). Merge right onto Humboldt Parkway exit towards Route 5 Main Street. Turn left on Main Street (Route 5 heading east). From this point follow directions from above.

From Points North (including Niagara Falls, Grand Island or Canada via Niagara Falls Bridge, Whirlpool Bridge or Lewiston Bridge): Take I-190 South (New York State Thruway – Niagara Section). Take exit 11 onto NY-198 East (Scajaquada Expressway). Merge right onto Humboldt Parkway exit towards Route 5 Main Street. Turn left on Main Street (Route 5 heading east). From this point follow directions from above.
