Our approach to Value Engineering is to clearly understand an owner's cost and quality standards and to collaborate effectively with the design team and owner compiling an achievable list of alternates for an investigation. Cost comparisons and evaluations are then prepared by us for the owner's consideration and facilitation of consensus agreement on the recommended solutions.
