Luxurious by college standards, Oriskany Hall, a new 240 bed residence hall, features a three-story main building (87,000 sq. ft.) and is designed with the modern student in mind. This Hall offers a six-person, suite-style living experience that features spacious two-story living areas joined by sophisticated spiral staircases. Storage is plentiful and students will enjoy the comfort and convenience of study areas, a building kitchen and laundry facilities. International students will reside together in one wing of the complex with convenient accessibility to a shared building kitchen.
Energy usage, per suite, can be monitored by a building management system displayed in the lobby intended to encourage an ecofriendly lifestyle. Oriskany Hall is designed to be LEED Gold.
